Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) or Risk-Based Business Licensing is a business license given to business actors to start and run their business activities which are assessed based on the level of risk of the business activity.
Risk Level is the potential for a hazard to health, safety, environment, utilization of natural resources and/or other hazards that fall into the Low, Medium, or High categories. The government has mapped the risk level according to the business sector or KBLI (Indonesian Standard Classification of Business Fields).
In accordance with the risk of business activities, the following are the types of business permits obtained by business actors:
Low Risk:
Business Identification Number (NIB)
Low Medium Risk:
Business Identification Number (NIB)
Standard Certificate (SS) in the form of an Independent Statement
High Medium Risk:
Business Identification Number (NIB)
Standard Certificate (SS) which must be verified by the Ministry/Institution/Regional Government
High Risk:
Business Identification Number (NIB)
Permits which must be approved by the Ministry/Institution/Regional Government
