The guarantor must be in Indonesia for at least 2 consecutive years for the following purposes:

2. ⁠Rare skilled workers

3. The company's top management

4. Duties of clergy

5. Join with Indonesian wife/husband

6. Joining with parents for legitimate children holding a foreign passport, an Indonesian citizen

7. ⁠Join ITAP husband/wife

8. Joining the ITAP Urto for children, 18 years old and not married

9. ⁠Obtaining it back based on Law no.12 Th. 2006

10. Senior travelers
